The role of demand generation marketing is built on team collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a varied background of marketing roles. You can think strategically and execute tactically to get campaigns across the finish line.
We’re looking for an experienced B2B demand generation professional who can hit the ground running and turn strategy into pipeline. In this role, you’ll own the execution and optimization of multi-channel programs designed to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across North America.
What You’ll Do
Drive growth through creative, multi-channel campaigns that fuel scalable pipeline for large enterprise sales
Develop and implement strategic ABM programs tailored for key buying groups and enterprise deals, including 1:few and 1:many
Align daily with sales, SDRs, alliances, and solution consultants to design high-impact programs that resonate with finance leaders
Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, and PowerBI to track, analyze, and continuously improve performance
Balance strategy with execution: from shaping the brief to writing engaging content that converts to rolling up your sleeves with cross-functional teams and driving results
Partner with regional marketing colleagues across North America, EMEA and APAC and our cross-functional partners across Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications and Marketing Operations to build the strategy, gather requirements, and ensure we deliver a consistent, unified global message to the market
Partner closely with the SDR team to engage and nurture high-value accounts and drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs
Join all relevant meetings and represent integrated campaign strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams
Culturally aware and excited about working with international teams
What You’ll Bring
8-10+ years of B2B Tech marketing experience, including 5 years in a demand generation or integrated marketing role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Journalism preferred
Proven success managing and scaling demand gen programs at a SaaS or recurring revenue company
Excellent campaign-building and copywriting skills with the ability to effectively develop and present campaign briefs and results to key stakeholders
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Proficient in CRM, Marketing and PM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, PowerBI, Asana)
Must have a growth mindset with a history of driving positive results through experimentation, creative problem-solving and improving processes and strategy along the way
Demonstrated curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and execution

A senior marketer with a proven track record of building demand generation engines in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech
Strong analytical mindset paired with creative instincts—comfortable with data, but also with taking bold, original approaches to campaign design
Experience working closely with sales and partners to generate measurable pipeline impact
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings new ideas to the table
