Have at least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand management (E-Commerce/Brand Marketing background strongly preferred).
Own the partnership lifecycle: Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact deals. Manage agreements and optimize performance using platforms like Impact and Rakuten.
Drive the marketing calendar, briefing creators, managing partners, and ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable results.
Take full ownership of planning and executing all offline events, managing the process end-to-end.
