Responsibilities
- Have 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or related data-driven fields, with a strong background in E-Commerce/Brand Marketing.
- Own the Partnerships Lifecycle: Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact deals across brands, media, and affiliates, managing agreements and optimizing performance.
- Lead Paid Media Strategy: Oversee and efficiently allocate a significant marketing budget, demonstrating proficiency with core platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GTM).
- Drive Full-Funnel Execution: Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring top-notch creative, robust attribution, and measurable results across all campaigns.
- Be Highly Analytical: Build smart dashboards, ensure top-notch tracking, and present persuasive, data-driven results and strategy to high-level stakeholders (Co-Founders, GMs, Tech).
- Manage Events & Creative: Take ownership of planning and executing all key offline events and briefing creators to ensure all brand communications are consistent and compelling.
