The Netflix Social Marketing team seeks a Social Manager with social expertise across Nonfiction and Live content. This role involves leading the organic social campaigns for assigned titles, understanding social marketing, the digital landscape, and Netflix's unique social ecosystem. The Social Manager will align social strategies with broader marketing goals, communicate effectively with partners, and aim to generate interest and conversation around titles, supporting both Nonfiction and Live content. Responsibilities

Create social strategies aligned with overall marketing campaigns, including target audience, creative content, and distribution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc. Manage the full suite of content to support titles throughout their campaign durations across global social ecosystems. Utilize analytics and internal data to inform strategy, optimize creative content, and improve future campaigns. Develop social content capture strategies for talent, including on-set shoots, marketing events, and content days. Plan and execute live social coverage for events, clips, and on-ground activities. Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to build social strategies that support business priorities and industry relationships, serving as the main social contact for internal and external stakeholders. Who We Are Looking For

Deep passion for entertainment and current social conversations. Knowledge of entertainment, media trends, and global social conversations. Experience in live social coverage. Goal-oriented, agile, and driven to succeed. Experience managing multi-platform social campaigns with insight-driven strategies. Understanding of what works across various social platforms. Ability to use data and intuition to create engaging content, with strong analytics skills and willingness to take risks. Excellent communication skills, including pitching and presenting. Experience managing agencies and creative teams. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Enthusiasm for Netflix's culture and business. The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $270,000 annually.
