Job Title: Benefits / HR / Project Manager Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr Job Description: We are seeking a contractor to support two high-priority initiatives that require immediate attention: Living Wage Ordinances in several cities. The contractor will need to track individual benefit elections, manage ongoing wage adjustments, and ensure compliance across multiple locations. Tiered Life Insurance Program to be introduced during this year’s Annual Enrollment (AE). This initiative will require dedicated project management and administrative oversight to ensure accurate setup, implementation, and employee communication. The role will focus on: High attention to detail Facilitating meetings with internal & external stakeholders Strong Communication, interpersonal skills Understanding & knowledge of HR/Benefits Strong technical skills Assessing data and data migration Why Work With Us?
