Lucid is looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner with our Sales organization to help grow our global workforce. You’ll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with candidates, running smooth recruiting processes, and sharing the Lucid story with talent across the world. Partner with sales leaders to define hiring needs and create effective search strategies Own the candidate journey from sourcing to offer—screening candidates, managing pipelines, and scheduling interviews Source and engage passive talent through creative outbound search methods Share market insights and candidate feedback with the recruiting team and hiring managers Track and maintain key recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and consistency Look for ways to streamline recruiting workflows and improve the candidate experience Support recruiting efforts for other departments when needed Requirements

1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (tech or SaaS experience a plus) Familiarity with recruiting for sales or customer-facing roles Strong relationship-building skills—you care about people and bring empathy into every candidate conversation A proactive approach to sourcing talent and building pipelines Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches at once Curiosity and growth mindset—eager to learn from a team of experienced recruiters Ability to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience Preferred Qualifications
