As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Koddi, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our technology teams by identifying and hiring top talent. You will lead and manage the entire recruitment process while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders. This role requires a highly organized, confident recruiter who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable taking initiative in a fast paced setting. What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles across Koddi’s technology teams Lead intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders Source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand role requirements and hiring goals Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System to support reporting and process improvement Deliver a consistent and professional candidate experience Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality of hire, and team collaboration Use recruiting data and market research to inform decision making and recommendations Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Six or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least three years focused on hiring for technology roles Proficiency in sourcing methods and recruiting tools Experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse Experience working with and supporting senior leadership during the hiring process Ability to independently lead meetings and navigate complex hiring scenarios Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities Apply for this job
