Overview
Our client, a boutique Private Equity firm located in Midtown East, is looking to hire a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to provide support to 3-4 Senior Executives. This candidate must have applicable experience, strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team! This role is in the office 5x/week.
Responsibilities
Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Providing administrative support, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Organize in person meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary, and coordinate events
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents and reports
Manage the preparation and submission of expense reports
Answering incoming phone calls and accurately taking messages
Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
Back-up other administrative staff when needed
Light personal support if needed
Ongoing ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements
7+ years of applicable administrative experience - in private equity or investment/asset management is a very strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized & dependable person with keen attention to detail
Great work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with ease
Prior history of working with private and sensitive information and maintaining full confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams
Salary $110-$120K (DOE) + EXCELLENT benefits/package upon converting to perm
Hours 9am-5:00/5:30pm (DOE) + flexibility as needed
