AEGIS Hedging is seeking a marketing team member responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital presence. This includes ownership over website updates, landing pages, form tools, creative assets, and performance metrics. The role is essential in supporting lead generation, user experience, and brand alignment. Compliance with company policies, accuracy in spelling and grammar, and adherence to branding guidelines are mandatory aspects of this position. We enable companies and organizations to manage their commodity price risk through leading software and advisory capabilities. AEGIS develops and executes cash flow protection strategies and manages all hedge program activities through an award-winning SaaS platform. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Website Updates and Management:

Maintain and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. Landing Pages:

Build and manage landing pages using tools like Unbounce and CMS platforms, with a focus on lead conversion. HubSpot Forms:

Create and manage forms in HubSpot for campaigns, events, and lead generation. Growform:

Design and implement multi-step forms using Growform to improve user experience and data capture. Web Analytics & Metrics:

Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Goal Tracking:

Set, track, and optimize goals for website conversions, engagement, and form submissions. Creative Asset Management:

Manage processes to ensure on-brand creative assets are developed and deployed across digital channels. Qualifications

Technical Skills Creative & Web Management:

Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD); WordPress or Webflow (CMS and website management); HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript Analytics & Data Visualization:

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console; Looker Studio or Power BI; HubSpot Analytics SEO/SEM:

Ahrefs, SEMrush; Screaming Frog; Moz; Google Keyword Planner Paid Media & Campaign Management:

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads; Demandbase or 6sense Automation & Conversion Optimization:

Zapier; Hotjar; Google Optimize; Pendo Employment Details
