Overview About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and culturally tuned Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Content Team.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Content Managers, Strategists, and Analysts, as well as with Creative, Media, and Client teams, to design and execute integrated, synergic campaigns that connect talent storytelling with brand purpose and measurable impact.
You’ll play a key role across the influencer marketing workflow: from scouting and strategy to briefing, content supervision, and campaign delivery, ensuring each activation is creative, authentic, and perfectly aligned with the brand and media ecosystem.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Influencer Scouting & Mapping: Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across key verticals (food, travel, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, wine & spirits, sports), leveraging data, trend insights, and cultural relevance.
Strategy & Integration: Support the creation of influencer strategies that align with content and media plans, ensuring integration within broader brand ecosystems.
Briefing & Coordination: Prepare detailed creative briefs, negotiate deliverables, and manage communications with influencers, agencies, and managers.
Content Oversight: Supervise the content creation process from ideation to final delivery, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with creative and brand guidelines.
Project Management: Oversee contracts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and on-time, on-brand delivery.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Content, Creative, Media, and Client teams to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Reporting & Optimization: Contribute to performance tracking, campaign reporting, and strategic learnings to enhance future activations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side).
Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from mapping to final reporting, in an integrated ecosystem.
Deep understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, including media integration and performance-driven storytelling.
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (i.e. Campaign, Lefty, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Kolsquare, etc.).
Strong network and relationships with talent agencies, managers, and influencers across multiple industries (food and travel required; lifestyle, fashion, automotive, wine & spirits, and sports are a plus).
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); a third language is a plus.
Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative-led environment.
