Compensation: $90k-150k+ (Base + Commission)

The Role Door-to-door commercial prospecting for pressure washing services in East Bay. You generate leads, close deals, and hand off to operations. Account management is handled by the company - you focus on new business only.

Daily Activity

8+ commercial property visits per day

Door-knock property managers, business owners, facility managers

Deliver same-day estimates

Close deals and move to next prospect

Target Markets: Apartments, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, HOAs, municipal facilities, parking garages

Compensation Breakdown

Base: $2,944/month ($17/hour × 40 hours/week)

Activity Bonuses (Weekly): $20 per estimate delivered within 48 hours

Goal: 15-20 estimates per week

Commission (Monthly): 7% on initial sale (your leads)

5% on repeat business first year

Lower rates on company-provided leads

Average deal size: $3,000 (range: $1,000-$30,000)

Realistic Earnings:

15 estimates/week: Base + bonuses: $4,243/month; Commission (16 deals @ $3k avg): $3,410/month; Total: $7,653/month ($92k annually)

20 estimates/week: Base + bonuses: $4,676/month; Commission (22 deals @ $3k avg): $4,547/month; Total: $9,223/month ($111k annually)

Top Performer (30+ deals/month): $12,000-15,000/month ($144k-180k annually)

Based on 25% close rate and $3k average deal size. Higher close rates and larger deals increase earnings significantly.

Daily Routine Drive to one high-density commercial area, park once, then walk 4-6 hours prospecting 10-15 commercial properties on foot. Commercial properties cluster in business districts - you saturate one area per day.

Mileage reimbursement: Business travel between properties only. Commute to/from work not reimbursed.

Requirements Must Have:

Reliable vehicle (low mileage daily: 10-30 miles/day)

Sales experience (B2B or door-to-door preferred)

Self-discipline (no direct supervision)

Physical capability (walk 4-6 hours daily)

Financial stability (survive 2-3 months reduced income during ramp-up)

Nice to Have:

Commercial sales background

Pressure washing or facility services knowledge

East Bay area familiarity
