The Opportunity
Rolling Suds, America’s largest commercial power washing brand, is expanding in the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood area. We're seeking a driven B2B sales professional to help grow our local commercial client base through outbound efforts. Role Overview
You’ll lead commercial sales activity—prospecting property managers and building owners, conducting site visits, and closing recurring service contracts. Residential leads are handled separately; your focus is purely commercial. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify commercial clients Conduct site visits and relationship-building meetings Prepare and follow up on proposals Close multi-month or recurring contracts Collaborate with operations and leadership Maintain CRM and sales pipeline Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing training and development Ideal Clients
Property managers and commercial real estate owners Facility directors for schools, healthcare, and retail Multi-family communities and HOAs Compensation
Base : $45,000–$50,000 Commission : Up to 10% of contract value OTE : $100K–$150K+ (uncapped) What You Bring
1+ years of B2B sales experience Proven track record of success in outbound sales Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized CRM proficiency and ability to work independently Valid driver’s license Why Rolling Suds?
