Our client, a prestigious middle-market investment bank, is seeking an experienced Analyst 2/3 to join their Technology M&A team in San Francisco. RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute M&A advisory engagements from pitch through closing across Technology sector
Build sophisticated financial models (LBO, DCF, merger models, accretion/dilution analyses)
Conduct valuation analyses and comprehensive financial due diligence
Prepare pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and Board materials
Participate in client meetings with C-suite executives and Board members
Lead transaction workstreams and mentor junior team members
Support business development and deal origination efforts
REQUIREMENTS Must-Have
2+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience
2-3 closed M&A transactions (Technology sector strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree from top-tier university (3.5+ GPA minimum)
Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
Experience with Capital IQ, FactSet, or PitchBook
Key Attributes

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
