About the Role A leading middle‑market investment bank is seeking a highly motivated

Investment Banking Analyst

to join its growing team. The analyst will play a critical role across live transactions, M&A advisory, financial modeling, due diligence, and client presentations.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and want hands‑on exposure to deal execution and strategic financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financial models (3‑statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution)

Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and valuation analyses

Support live M&A, capital raising, and restructuring engagements

Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and client‑facing presentations

Assist in due diligence, data room management, and deal execution

Work with senior bankers to support client strategy and transaction workflows

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field

Strong financial modeling & valuation skills

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment

Highly detail‑oriented, structured, and self‑motivated

Prior internship or full‑time experience in finance (banking, PE, consulting, audit, FP&A) is a plus

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
