We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure our hospital meets the highest standards of patient care and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and improvement programs. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the hospital's quality improvement and patient safety programs. Ensure compliance with NABH and other healthcare accreditation standards. Monitor and analyze quality indicators, and prepare reports for management. Lead quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices. Investigate incidents and patient complaints to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Requirement
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Healthcare, Hospital Administration, or Quality Management. 3-5 years of experience in a quality management role within a hospital. Six Sigma or NABH certification is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and healthcare regulations.
