Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is looking to hire a Corporate Development Analyst in Saint Louis, MO. This high-visibility role offers opportunity for growth within the team, exposure to senior leadership and involves strategic planning, financial modeling, and M&A support across multiple business units. Duties include:

Develop financial and valuation models, pro forma financials, and business cases for acquisitions and organic growth

Participate in M&A processes including evaluation, due diligence, and strategic recommendations

Prepare presentations for senior leadership on acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives

Contribute to long-term strategic and financial planning across business units

Conduct strategic analyses to support corporate development

Analyze capital markets and M&A transactions to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA with a finance concentration

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership

Compensation and benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
