Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in QuickBooks. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance. Outstanding skills in both written and verbal communication. Capable of being resourceful and taking initiative when faced with challenges. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service attitude. A high school degree and additional certification in Office Management are a plus. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Guide visitors to the correct individual and department. Screen, answer, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all required stationery and materials, such as pens, forms, and brochures, are readily available. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Procure front office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations and create vouchers. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Post Accounts Payables. Reviewing timecards and processing payroll. HR administrative duties.
