Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute in vitro and in vivo studies to advance novel RNAi and nucleic acid‑based delivery platforms for oncology and other disease indications.
Lead experimental design, conduct studies, analyze data, and collaborate cross‑functional teams to move promising formulations toward preclinical and translational development.
Oversee research experiments and supervise technical personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols and safety regulations.
Prepare research protocols, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Collect, analyze, and organize experimental data; prepare figures, write manuscripts and abstracts; present findings at scientific meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree in natural sciences or related field; PhD preferred.
Minimum 4 years experimental or scientific experience; extensive experience with RNAi or nucleic acid delivery systems preferred.
Proven expertise in lipid nanoparticle formulation and characterization, in vivo tumor models, biodistribution, and therapeutic response evaluation.
Strong understanding of the tumor microenvironment and mechanisms influencing nanoparticle biodistribution, cellular uptake, and therapeutic response.
Ability to collaborate, supervise, write grant applications, and conduct safety training.
