Are you an experienced Healthcare Construction Project Manager ready to take the next step into a Senior PM or future Project Executive role? A leading Los Angeles-based General Contractor is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to oversee complex OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare projects across Southern California. This role offers clear advancement into Project Executive for high-performing leaders who thrive on accountability, quality, and client trust.
What You’ll Do
Lead all phases of healthcare construction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring compliance with OSHPD/HCAI standards.
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and consultants.
Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and future growth opportunities.
What You Bring
7+ years of progressive construction management experience with a General Contractor.
Proven success delivering OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar).
Desire for long-term growth into a Project Executive role.
