Job Summary The Admissions Communications Manager will have the primary responsibility to design, manage, and process the outgoing communications in the office of Enrollment Management Services. This individual will use a variety of tools for print mail, email, direct mail, text messaging, and social media for prospective student engagement, and work with leadership to assess communication effectiveness. The manager fosters a positive work environment with a focus on continuous improvement and first-class customer service. The incumbent participates in divisional activities as a member of the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team-oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes for the position.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and manage daily operations of all outgoing communications for all stages of the admissions funnel, including admissions letters, emails, event promotions, partnerships with external communication vendors, and enrollment management campaigns.
Develop and maintain recruitment communication calendars and related plans.
Generate and maintain communications in CRM, schedule communication plans, manage workflows, and perform bulk mail merges.
Manage all EMS social media platforms, including hosting live sessions.
Serve as primary point of contact with Public Relations/Digital Communications/other departments and external organizations for recruitment materials, webpages, and marketing campaigns to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage texting and chatbot services connected to EMS systems.
Produce daily admit reports for decision mailings and weekly/monthly communication tracking reports to guide enrollment strategies.
Support Admissions Services team and assist with recruitment events, including graphic design for digital communications, Preview Days, virtual information sessions, high school visits, college fairs, and campus visit experiences.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing
CRM experience
Salary Proposed Salary:
45,300 - 56,600
Salary offer will be dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.

Ability to perform tasks and other duties, generally in-person with some evening and weekend work.

Familiarity with digital, social, and design tools including Canva and Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of email content creation and campaign strategies.
Understanding of branding standards for marketing materials.
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, faculty, and staff.
