Salary: Social Worker or Human Services Professional III: $4,961 to $6,043/month (SR-20, Step D to I). Social Worker or Human Services Professional IV: $5,369 to $6,535/month (SR-22, Step D to I). These roles aim to improve clients' quality of life by addressing their problems, coordinating services, and employing various helping interventions. Positions are found in hospitals, social service agencies, schools, correctional facilities, and programs for substance abuse, aging, and family violence. Job Levels and Responsibilities
Level III positions are fully independent, handling complex cases from assessment to service plan development and monitoring. Level IV positions involve similar responsibilities but may include more advanced case complexities. Minimum Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or related behavioral sciences from an accredited institution. For Human Services Professionals: a bachelor's degree with at least 12 semester hours in relevant courses. Relevant professional experience helping individuals and families, with specific requirements based on the degree held. Additional Requirements
Possession of a valid driver's license if required. Compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Background checks and drug screening for conditional employment. Application Process
