Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Labor & Employment Attorney
with 3–5 years of
plaintiff-side
experience. In this role, you will manage cases from intake through trial, working closely with clients to deliver results and justice in complex employment matters.
Key Responsibilities
Represent employees in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation negotiations, administrative claims (EEOC, CRD), and trial.
Conduct legal research, develop litigation strategies, and provide clear counsel to clients.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and trial documents.
Advocate for clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Stay current on developments in California labor and employment law to ensure effective, up-to-date representation.
Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Qualifications
J.D. and an active California State Bar membership in good standing.
3–5 years of plaintiff-side labor and employment law experience.
Strong litigation skills, including discovery, motion practice, and trial advocacy.
Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to employee rights and client advocacy.
Experience with wage & hour claims, misclassification issues, or whistleblower cases is a plus.
