Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the President and executive team to shape regional and national initiatives.
Sales & Business Development
Lead high-performing sales teams to exceed volume, revenue, and margin targets.
Build trusted relationships with key customers, civic leaders, and industry partners.
Champion business development efforts and expansion into new markets.
Design and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness.
Partner with finance and operations to ensure cost-to-serve discipline and margin optimization.
Marketing & Branding
Elevate brand visibility through innovative marketing and customer engagement.
Drive digital transformation and data-driven marketing initiatives.
Inspire, mentor, and grow a world-class commercial team.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles within construction materials or aggregates.
Proven success in driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and team development.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing complex customer relationships and leading large teams.
Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
Knowledge & Skills
