Assistant Store Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween Location: Providence, UT (seasonal store). This role supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Ensure maximum sales/profitability through effective store operations. Qualifications
Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience required. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Employment type
Temporary Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 – $16.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience). Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonuses and pay programs subject to qualifications. Additional job details
