This is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role requiring both technical expertise and business acumen to guide customers on their adoption journey.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Team Leadership & Strategy**
+ Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Solution Consulting team.
+ Define the vision, methodologies, and engagement frameworks for proactive customer adoption and value realization.
+ Develop standardized playbooks, success plans, and best-practice consultation models.* **Customer Product Adoption & Success**
+ Partner with enterprise customers to ensure adoption of core and advanced product capabilities.
+ Serve as an executive sponsor on key accounts, providing trusted technical and business guidance.
+ Establish and monitor adoption KPIs, ensuring measurable impact on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to align strategies and handoffs.
+ Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
+ Partner with Training and Enablement teams to ensure consistent customer education.* **Operational Excellence**
+ Implement tools, metrics, and reporting to track team performance and customer adoption outcomes.
+ Drive continuous improvement in SC methodologies and consultation approaches.
