Senior Accountant / Lead

to join our growing team and drive excellence across Muse Group’s global financial operations. You’ll be part of the Accounting Team, the financial backbone of Muse Group, ensuring compliance with EU GAAP and IFRS across multiple jurisdictions. What’s In It for You?

Key Responsibilities: Lead core accounting processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with EU GAAP and IFRS. Own preparation and review of consolidated financial statements across the Muse Group portfolio. Lead a team of 4 accounting professionals based in Europe, providing direction, support, and development. Automate and optimize workflows, identifying and removing manual processes to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability. Implement and manage financial systems and tools (e.g., FloQast, NetSuite, or similar) to support a modern finance operation. Collaborate with global teams to align on financial data, forecasting, and planning. Ensure timely and accurate tax returns, VAT filings, payroll, and other statutory requirements. Lead financial audits, acting as the key point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders. Deliver investor-ready financial reports and dashboards, combining strong storytelling with data insights. Drive continuous improvement of accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards. Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or

ACCA/CPA

preferred). Solid experience in accounting, ideally in

manufacturing and

inventory recording accounting. Strong grasp of

EU GAAP, IFRS , and global statutory compliance. Advanced

Excel and data analysis

capabilities (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling). Experience with

consolidated financial statements, audits , and system-led financial management. Tech-savvy mindset , with a proven track record in

process automation, AI-enhanced workflows , or implementing tools such as

FloQast, NetSuite, etc. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with distributed or global teams. Background in

financial systems implementation

or

digital finance transformation

projects. Leadership experience — either formally managing people or leading cross-functional finance initiatives. Passion for music, creative industries, or mission-driven products is a bonus.
