It is field-based and involves clinical consultation, technical support, and training to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer success.The Nuclear Cardiology Specialist provides customer support, training, and education to Nuclear Medicine and PET customers for our Nuclear Cardiology portfolio, with a primary focus on CardioGen-82, infusion systems, and HeartSee software. The role includes field-based customer training, clinical consultation, and technical support to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer success.This is a remote role, with high preference for successful candidate to reside in Eastern Standard Time zone.Travel requirements up to 75%, primarily domestic with potential for international travel as required.**Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks*** Provide full support for the prospective and current CardioGen-82 customers to include Cardiac PET introduction presentations, radiation safety, training and ongoing continuing education.* Train customer personnel on the HeartSee image processing software, Cardiac PET image acquisition/processing parameters on the different camera/scanner models, CardioGen-82 generators, infusion system operations, and appropriate safe handling of radioactive materials (ALARA).* Act as the initial contact for HeartSee image processing software for troubleshooting problems/issues to new and existing customers, CardioGen-82 generators, and infusion system. This includes development and implementation of troubleshooting techniques to ensure thorough understanding of the issue which will lead to problem resolution.* Serve as the primary liaison between Professional Services & customer base on CardioGen-82 generator, infusion system and HeartSee problems/issues and complaints.* Partner with the customers to develop a short and long-term strategy to ensure immediate and ongoing success of the HeartSee implementation, CardioGen-82 program, and the successful implementation of Myocardial Blood Flow.* Work collaboratively with the Sr. Manager, Nuclear Cardiology, Region Business Managers, Nuclear Medicine Account Managers, and Clinical Application Specialists on the sales process for CardioGen-82 and HeartSee. Jointly develop a strategy to achieve the yearly sales quota and targets for customer retention.* Partner with the Nuclear Medicine Marketing team and field sales organization to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective clinical and sales tools and/or programs.* Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Nuclear Cardiology and other Nuclear Medicine leadership team members to develop and implement training for CAS new hires domestically, and abroad as needed.* Mentor CAS’s and NMAM’s and provide ongoing support to the field NM team on clinical Cardiac PET.* Lead and facilitate projects and programs to develop technology improvements and/or advance our market position under direction of the Sr. Manager, Nuclear Cardiology.* Provide subject matter expertise for the clinical utility of our Nuclear Cardiology portfolio with a focus on Cardiac PET combined with Myocardial Blood Flow, including but not limited to providing lectures at strategic industry conferences.* Assist as a liaison between NM field team, Regional Managers and the Home Office to positively support the following:* Customer Installation and Training* Continuing Education for CAS Team and CardioGen-82 customers* Provide a proactive solution-oriented approach to address customer needs, issues and areas for improvement* Identify long term product/service advancements and improvements* Actively participate in NM Operations projects**Education*** BS/BA in a relevant field (e.g., Nuclear Medicine Technology, Health Sciences) preferred**Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills*** Minimum 3 years’ experience in nuclear cardiology imaging* Experience with Cardiac PET and/or Oncology required* Extensive experience with cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting preferred.* Experience with computer and software installation, basic networking, and troubleshooting preferred.**Soft Skills – *Company Values & Behaviors**** Passion - Understands and connects with customers and colleagues, fueling a genuine commitment to improving patient care.* Extraordinary - Anticipates needs and takes initiative to deliver exceptional, customer-focused solutions.* Sustainability - Builds trust through consistency, follow-through, and long-term relationship building.* Continuous Evolution - Embraces change with a positive mindset and quickly adjusts to new technologies, workflows, and customer challengesBracco Diagnostics Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
