Property Accountant - Up to $105K + Annual Bonus - Hybrid
We are looking for a Property Accountant to manage the accounting for a portfolio of industrial assets in Memphis. You’ll handle general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly/annual financial reporting. Oversee general ledger and financial reporting for multiple industrial properties Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and timely reporting Assist with audits and ad-hoc accounting system improvements Requirements
