Order Fulfillment Specialist
Job Summary:
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their prescriptions efficiently and accurately at our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Job Responsibilities: You will receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions directly to customers. Your responsibilities include tracking all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning for accurate inventory management. You will verify orders and ensure they are correctly entered into our inventory management system. You are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, free of debris. You will uphold the quality standards established by management to ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment. At least 6 months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment. At least 6 months of experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning. At least 6 months of experience in data entry and retrieval in an inventory management system.
