Order Fulfillment Specialist Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, where your role is essential in processing and shipping customer orders at the Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure customers receive their prescriptions efficiently and accurately. Job Responsibilities: Perform tasks such as receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescriptions to customers. Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning to track all inbound and outbound items, ensuring inventory accountability. Verify orders and ensure their entry into the inventory management system to maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. Adhere to quality standards established by management to uphold our commitment to excellence. External Basic Qualifications: Flexible availability to work various shifts. Able to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Capable of performing tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Effective communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of experience in retail, centralized services, or fulfillment environments. Experience operating motorized material handling equipment for at least 6 months. Proficient in radio frequency (RF) scanning with at least 6 months of related experience. Experience with data entry and retrieval in an inventory management system for at least 6 months. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
