Job Summary:
We are seeking a Supplier Portal Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Logistics team in Newark, CA. This role involves direct engagement with suppliers, development of training materials, and enhancement of our internally developed supplier portal. You will have the opportunity to significantly influence the project direction and improve supplier interactions through innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with suppliers to gather feedback and enhance the portal experience. Develop and provide training materials for the supplier portal. Contribute to the software development efforts to enhance the portal's functionality. Influence the direction of the portal based on supplier feedback and interaction. Ensure the supplier portal meets the operational needs of the business and suppliers.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven project management experience. Experience with business systems administration.
Industry Experience Required: Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred.
