Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for an SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager with a robust background in business transformation, focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This position necessitates someone with at least 2-3 full cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, capable of overseeing large scale projects from conception through post-implementation. The role demands close collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders to deliver on project requirements, emphasizing process enhancements, data integrity, and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of a SAP S/4HANA project, ensuring timely and within scope execution in a dynamic setting. Facilitate and manage project milestones including user requirements review, UAT, and post-go-live activities. Implement manufacturing and supply chain insights, driving issue resolution and process improvement. Coordinate with PMO to track, report, and adapt project plans ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes. Support change management initiatives including communication, training plan development, and delivery to ensure user readiness.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and project management methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. In-depth understanding of manufacturing and supply chain domains.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in the medical, high-tech, healthcare, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
