What You Will Be Doing Ensure Production Accuracy Work closely with engineering teams to confirm that build processes meet design specifications. Support Quality & Compliance Partner with Quality and Material Review Board (MRB) teams to assess non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Engage with Customers & Auditors Serve as a liaison with DCMA and external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with program and contractual standards. Drive Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and quality enhancements within manufacturing operations. Desired Skills: Experience in F-35 production or within regulated industries such as aerospace or defense. Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or coaching team members. Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, SFM, QADS, VAS, and JEDI or similar industry equivalent. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Experience reviewing work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
