Our top-producing Phoenix team is seeking a licensed professional, or someone actively completing licensing coursework, to join as a Showing Agent. This opportunity is built for motivated individuals who want to

learn to strengthen client relationships, gain field experience, and develop the skills that lead to long-term success.

As a Showing Agent, you will work directly with experienced producers and team leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to buyers, showings, and client communication. With consistent lead flow, proven systems, and full administrative and marketing support, you will stay focused on serving clients and building your career with confidence.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+.

Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Team and individual sales and lead generation Convert buyers Convert showings to sales Lead follow-up Sales scripts and objection handler mastery Set appointments Qualifications:
