Position: Building / Facilities Custodian
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the manufacturing facility, including offices, labs, break rooms, gym, lavatories, and locker rooms. Responsible for restocking cleaning and break room supplies and performing other related duties as assigned.

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, break rooms, laboratories, lavatories, locker rooms, gym, and office areas. Clean desks, furniture, and other surfaces in all office areas. Clean and shine building windows and glass doors. Clean break room floors, tables, chairs, and appliances. Restock break room supplies (coffee, paper goods, trash bags, etc.). Maintain and restock changing room supplies (hairnets, beard nets, shoe covers, coveralls, earplugs, hand sanitizer, etc.) and notify supervisor when supplies run low. Use dishwasher to clean dishes, utensils, and glassware, and store items when clean. Monitor and clean refrigerators in break rooms and kitchen areas. Empty trash and garbage containers daily. Operate floor polisher to maintain, wax, and polish tile floors. Notify management of repairs needed for lighting, plumbing, restrooms, heating, or ventilating equipment. Apply "Ice Melt" to exterior steps, sidewalks, and entryways during icy or snowy conditions. Manage and submit requisition forms for restocking materials. Perform all duties in accordance with Company, State, and Federal safety and environmental policies and regulations.
