Status: Contract —8 months, Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)"

Pay Range: US$25.00 - $27.85/hr W-2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

Our client is seeking a results-driven professional to join our team. This role will partner with sales and commercial operations teams to drive quality in customer accounts, reporting directly to the Global Sales Director for Aftermarket.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Proven ability to create processes that promote data quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Clean and maintain customer account records in Salesforce
• Review and resolve duplicate accounts while validating customer ship-to information
• Support the development of new processes for creating and managing customer accounts
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve data quality and resolve account issues
• Execute independent data cleanup projects with high attention to detail
