Our client located in downtown Pittsburgh, PA is hiring for a receptionist. This is an onsite contract role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. The position offers a pay rate of $18-$20 an hour based off of experience.
Job responsibilities would include ordering food, phones, conference rooms, scheduling communications.
• Answering firm telephone and greeting guests.
• Maintaining calendar and assist in preparing and setting up conference rooms for internal meetings, conferences, and events.
• Entering time and submitting expenses for various attorneys and administrators.
• General secretarial duties, including drafting, copying, faxing, scanning and filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
• Providing administrative support as needed including preparing correspondence, redacting documents, and preparing spreadsheets.
• Ordering supplies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail in all work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
• Forward thinking, punctual, organized, and a team player with customer service skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction.
• Professional office experience a plus.
