Job Description The Senior Network Architect leads collaboration with executives, cross‑functional teams, and technical experts to develop and align innovative network modernization strategies. The position ensures adherence to internal policies and mandatory federal standards, and drives cross‑domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required.
Active TS clearance at the time of application; willing and able to obtain SCI access and pass a CI polygraph.
Position onsite 5 days a week in Washington, D.C.
Qualifications and Experience
At least eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certifications or prior work may be used to demonstrate the level of expertise required.
Responsibilities
Engage executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to gather insights, align objectives, and shape network modernization strategies.
Champion best practices and drive continuous improvement by incorporating market trends and customer feedback.
Craft and present executive‑level business cases that articulate strategic and financial benefits of network modernization initiatives to secure necessary investments.
Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and innovative network solutions; serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners on technology investments and modernization efforts.
Lead cross‑domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives.
Ensure interoperability and shared architectural standards across mission areas, business systems, and infrastructure platforms.
Compensation and Benefits Salary: $135,187 – $162,227 per year.
