Leads collaboration with executives, teams, and experts to develop and align innovative network modernization strategies. Ensures adherence to internal and external policies and compliance with mandated federal standards. Drives cross-domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives Responsibilities include: Engages with executive leadership, team members, and technical experts both internally and externally to gather insights, align objectives, and shape innovative network modernization strategies. Champions best practices and drives continuous improvement by integrating market trends and customer feedback. Crafts and presents executive-level business cases that clearly articulate the strategic and financial benefits of network modernization initiatives to secure necessary investments. Provides strategic guidance on emerging technologies and innovative network solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners on technology investments and modernization efforts. Drives cross-domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives Ensures interoperability and shared architectural standards across mission areas, business systems, and infrastructure platforms. Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level. Pay Details:
