Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician in Hamilton NY. Job Description & Responsibilities Hamilton- Madison Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement Join an established group 2 full-time MD’s, 1 primary care and 1 Child psychologist, 2 FNP’s, and 1 PA Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM No OB A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients. EMR-EPIC Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs Salary Range: $320,000 - 374,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000 Group Employed Model Job Requirements
