Overview Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician in Hamilton, NY.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Hamilton- Madison Health Center is an NYS Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
Join an established group of 2 full-time MDs, 1 primary care physician, 1 child psychologist, 2 FNPs, and 1 PA.
Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
No OB.
A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients.
EMR – EPIC.
Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs.
Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000.
Group Employed Model.
Job Requirements
MD, DO or MBBS.
Board Eligible or Board Certified.
NYS Licensure.
BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification Required.
DEA Required.
