We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to a Senior Executive in Stamford, CT. This is a consulting position on Randstad's payroll, offering an hourly wage and access to benefits. Schedule: Location: 3 days in Stamford CT office, 2 days work from home, with the understanding that you'll be available to support the executive's priorities as needed.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly polished, intelligent, and high-energy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a senior executive. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and operate as a true partner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Gatekeeper: Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, fielding and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and discretion.

Manage the Executive's Schedule: Proactively manage and coordinate a dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings and itineraries, while accounting for travel time, time zones, and shifting priorities.

Coordinate Travel: Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.

Prepare for Meetings: Compile and prepare all necessary meeting materials, presentations, and reports. This includes conducting research, drafting agendas, and ensuring the executive has all information needed to be successful.

Handle Communication: Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the executive.

Manage Special Projects: Lead and support various ad-hoc projects, taking ownership from initiation to completion.

Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Serve as a Culture Ambassador: Act as a positive representative of the executive and the company, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or higher, is required. 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Articulate, poised, and can communicate effectively with all levels High energy, can thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Expert at managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Finds creative solutions to challenges Meticulous attention to detail Tech-Savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management tools.
