Online Growth & Marketing Manager (part-time, all genders)
We're looking for a part-time online marketing manager to optimize top-of-funnel growth through paid marketing channels & content. We're a product-led company, thus this role is focused on the whole acquisition funnel and is very KPI‑driven.
You’ll work closely with Valuecase's founders and external service providers (e.g. design agency). Expect responsibility, quick decision making & openness for very creative marketing approaches. We are not a dusty B2B brand – we innovate through creative positioning, and product.
We prefer hybrid work from Hamburg, but are also considering fully remote candidates.
This is a part‑time role on a 50‑60% basis.
Paid Acquisition
Launch, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others.
Coordinate external service providers and internal stakeholders for design & copy.
Continuously experiment with targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
Measure CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
Content Marketing
Help build and execute a content strategy.
Website & Funnel Optimization
Define & lead key initiatives to improve the website.
Run & evaluate A/B tests on CTAs, forms, and signup flows.
Analytics & Reporting
Set up dashboards for acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
Report insights weekly or biweekly to drive decisions.
Ideal Profile
Prior performance marketing experience (bonus if software).
Hands‑on with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Comfortable writing or briefing for content & creatives.
Strong data mindset – knows how to run experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate.
Benefits
Regular team events and off‑sites, lunch subsidies, gym membership discount, as well as free drinks and snacks.
The latest and greatest tech hardware and tech tools.
Competitive compensation package.
Work side‑by‑side with the founding team and all other employees in an agile and collaborative manner.
Why Valuecase Small team, big leverage. Real responsibility from day one, direct access to founders, candid feedback, and a culture true to our values: driven, bold, collaborative, candid, authentic.
How to apply
Send your CV (and LinkedIn profile) plus 2–3 lines on why you’re excited to join.
Start: flexible, ideally within the next 1‑2 months.
The typical process lasts about 3‑4 hours comprising 3 interviews. If possible, at least one of the interviews will be conducted in person in Hamburg, Germany.
