Job Overview Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Performance & Analytics (m/f/d)

Hybrid – remote-friendly setup with access to a central Berlin office.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads.

Define and track platform-specific KPIs such as CPL, ROAS and conversion rates to ensure maximum efficiency.

Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize campaign and funnel performance.

Use SQL for deep-dive analysis to extract, segment and evaluate campaign and user journey data.

Work with BI and data teams to improve tracking logic and refine attribution models.

Manage a performance marketing budget up to €300K/month with full responsibility for allocation and ROI.

Propose shifts in channel mix and test new acquisition strategies based on performance data and business needs.

Ensure alignment with company goals across both B2B and B2C initiatives.

Run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, creatives, messaging and audience targeting.

Identify and test new channels for growth, including programmatic and native advertising where relevant.

Coordinate with design, dev and copy teams to ensure aligned messaging and conversion-focused creatives.

Work closely with sales and recruiting teams to optimize lead quality and downstream conversion.

Manage external agencies and hold partners accountable for delivery and performance.

Profile

3+ years of experience in performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and ideally LinkedIn.

Strong command of analytics tools and SQL (mandatory), with experience building BI dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI.

Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and high-volume funnels.

Deep understanding of attribution, tracking flows and conversion optimization.

Excellent communication in English; German B1 mandatory.

Structured, analytical and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and drive to improve.
