Overview
Family Support Provider II – State of Oklahoma
Base pay range: $16.58/hr or $34,500.00 annual.
Full‑time, regular position (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday). FLSA status: Non‑Exempt.
Responsibilities
Ensure child/youth involvement in team meetings.
Advocate for the family and guide families in interactions.
Assist families with benefits and programs within the agency and in the community.
Identify available options for agencies and organizations to meet family needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma plus 30 hours of college/university study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possession of an Oklahoma driver license.
