Responsibilities

• Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more to local stores (gas stations, dollar stores, large grocery stores).
• Drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
• Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members.
• Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
• Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. The role is physical and you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
