Senior Client Partner – Automotive Engagement Manager

Infosys Limited’s Automotive Industry sector is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Services. The Senior Manager-Client Services (SMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned accounts and works with the Group MCS to build an account plan based on a P&L of $50M+. Role Description

Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, and own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect‑Evaluate‑Propose‑Close. Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of all client commitments. Account planning and governance: create the account plan, including required relationships, opportunities to pursue, and price decisions. About Infosys Automotive

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the automotive industry and 14+ years of overall experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience. Significant business development and project management experience. Experience in the automotive industry vertically. Track record of interacting with C‑level client contacts. Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience. Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications

MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience. Knowledge of industry‑specific go‑to‑market solutions. Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers. Global Delivery Model experience. Experience managing large multi‑location consulting engagement teams. Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship. About Us
