Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, cash flow statements, and forecasts Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations Assist in budgeting, job costing, and forecasting activities Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules Prepare and file various tax returns and reports Implement and maintain accounting software and systems Conduct financial analysis for special projects and initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen.
