We are looking for motivated, showing agents who want to learn to support active buyers, host open houses, and grow into full buyer agent roles while earning rewarding commissions. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced agents and team leaders who provide coaching, structure, and accountability to help you move forward quickly.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

$130,000 at plan Responsibilities:
Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications:
