Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently stocking and pulling parts, as well as delivering materials and supplies within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform material handling and warehousing functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Accurately utilize data collection systems and perform bin transfer confirmations.
Confirm all materials pulled for production orders and effectively utilize software systems.
Maintain administrative records and operate computers to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.
Use mobile equipment as required to facilitate job functions and perform preventive maintenance.
Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes as necessary.
Perform 5S Audits and Safety Stop Audits observations as required.
Participate in the CI/PID Process and follow the Production System Standard Work Sheets.
Promote a culture based on company values and follow established facility safety policies.
Work with a variety of employees to effectively communicate needs and perform job-related tasks.
Serve as a positive role model and contribute to team effort by supporting all employees in the organization.
Ensure customer requirements are met and conduct business with the highest level of honesty and integrity.
Interface with plant management, supervisors, and production personnel.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven record of good attendance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Highly motivated and a self-starter.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Forklift certification and experience with high reach forklifts.
Material handling, RF Scanner, and computer skills.
Experience with inventory and general labor tasks.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will use advanced technologies and equipment. The role requires physical exertion, including lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds, and involves repetitive motions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.97 - $27.82/hr.
